Plodding Onward

Time is flying by and progress is all in a forward direction. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I have much to be thankful for. Mark, my daughter's permanent fiance, has just received his second kidney transplant and it looks like a good match! I am almost through the first semester of my Master's degree. Finances are looking good and my tuition is paid up through Spring Semester. I just have to keep on keepin' on.

Evolution

I have been putting together an online resume. Wow! The longer I have "Inspiration," the more uses I find for it! The first thing I did was to put together a graphic resume. I then used my knowledge of "Dreamweaver," extended my capabilities there and came up with a killer website that I can send to prospective employers. I need to get a domain name that is dedicated to the resume. As I write this, another project comes to mind. When the current resume is done, I can make a more generalized page that addresses in a more casual way what I am all about. The resume only looks at my qualifications. I am also thinking of my digital portfolio for iMet and how I might construct that with a similar process to what I am doing now. IMet has reallly taught me to think about the process over the product. This is where the learning really occurs. I think that I might incorporate that into my action research project as a sort of motto. Evolution is the key to everything. The job I am currently applying for is not necessarily the goal. The goal is the process. I see now. Here is the page to go to for the online resume:

There is also a link in the sidebar.

My next "Inspiration" project will be to make an organizer for my action research project. Fun stuff!
